Shipping policy

At FOG Vape Vending, we aim to deliver your vending machines quickly and securely. Please review our shipping terms below:

Courier Partner
- All vending machines are shipped via The Courier Guy.
- Delivery is free of charge within South Africa.
Delivery Timeline
- If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched promptly and delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
- If the product description states “PRE-ORDER: Not in stock”, this means we do not currently have stock on hand. In this case, your machine will be delivered within 4 – 8 weeks.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Delivery Areas
- We deliver nationwide within South Africa using The Courier Guy’s trusted network.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout to avoid delays.
Special Notes
- Deliveries are made during business hours on working days.
- If special arrangements are needed, please contact us before dispatch.
